HSBC has been named the Best Company for Women in the Women of Influence Awards. The award was presented to HSBC for its outstanding support in developing the talent of women in business and providing innovative work-life balance programmes. It also recognises women's achievements within the organisation, particularly their numbers and seniority.

The awards are jointly organised by the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong and the South China Morning Post and HSBC is the first financial services organisation to win this category in the awards' four-year history.
