1. All images depicting young people (under 18 years of age) used on this site are used with the consent of the young person's parent or guardian as appropriate.
2. Copyright of any image used on this site rests either with a member of the HSBC group of companies or with the external party providing the image.
3. If copyright rests with an external party, the copyright holder's name is stated beside the relevant image, except where the copyright holder has given permission for HSBC to use the image without a copyright credit.
