UNIAID aims to help students understand and cope with financial barriers to higher education.
Students need to plan carefully how to manage their finances and balance that with academic, social and health demands. UNIAID does this through on-line, fun, interactive tools that help students learn to budget time and money.
Aimed at young people from 15 upwards, students can spend a virtual year at university at 'All About U' or keep a student alive playing 'Student Survivor'. Students can also access an interactive budget calculator tool to see how far their money will go, once tuition, living and other costs are taken into account.
